In Norse mythology, Vidar is referred to as the "Silent God" mainly because of his humble and quiet nature. Even though Vidar was known to be quiet, his presence was feared and respected by the other Norse gods.

The Crotchet Rest, also known as the quarter rest, found in musical notes was the perfect symbol for Vidar's brand, as it symbolizes focus, pace and tone.
